Job Summary
An IT company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Startup Operator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying, scoping, and prioritizing key challenges faced by initiatives in the company network
- Applying first principles thinking to create solutions and playbooks for key challenges
- Driving and tracking the execution of key initiatives and special projects, individually or by managing a project and/or team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Have 5-10 years of experience in technical product management, program management consulting, as a founder, or a combination of engineering and strategy/operations roles
- Technical depth that informs your approach to business execution
- Can handle both complexity and ambiguity well
- Deep experience coordinating work across teams with different goals
