Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Software Support Desk Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing all open tickets on a daily basis
- Collaborating directly with clients for additional data as needed
- Providing detailed and timely status updates to clients; participate in regular status calls as needed
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience as a Service Desk Engineer, Technician, or similar role
- 3+ years managing support tickets through Jira or other similar systems
- 1+ years of experience working with cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS)
- 5+ years providing support for clients using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
