Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Educate customers on cloud-native best practices
  • Troubleshoot, test and validate software issues
  • Diagnose technical issues/bugs and work with our engineering and product management teams

Required Skills:

  • Prior experience in supporting highly technical software infrastructure products
  • Experience with Unix operating systems
  • Deep understanding of networking systems and protocols
  • Performed advanced troubleshooting of customer technical challenges
  • Proven track record in establishing and growing relationships with customers
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
