Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Software Support Engineer II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Debugging and administering diagnostic analysis of cases reported
- Answering internal and external customer questions, as needed
- Troubleshooting and documenting replication steps for complex technical issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT operations, Development, or related technology field
- Proficiency in SQL queries, NET Framework, ASP .NET, C#, HTML, JavaScript
- Experience tier 2 technical support engineer with ticketing experience with fresh service
- Knowledge of Web and Windows Applications architecture and Microsoft programing
- Godlike interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
