Job Summary

A software technology company is filling a position for a Remote Software Support Engineer Senior Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Reproducing and debugging customer issues
  • Triaging and solving incoming support requests
  • Documenting and recording all activity

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Technical Writing, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years support engineering for senior support engineer or 3 years for support engineer
  • Senior engineer: 8 years DevOps Engineering, Software Engineering, or System Admin
  • Engineer: 5 years DevOps Engineering, Software Engineering, or System Admin
  • Experience with scripting tool of choice to help automate re[production environments
  • Ability to read complex code for troubleshooting and familiarity with Github
