A software technology company is filling a position for a Remote Software Support Engineer Senior Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reproducing and debugging customer issues
- Triaging and solving incoming support requests
- Documenting and recording all activity
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Technical Writing, or equivalent experience
- 5 years support engineering for senior support engineer or 3 years for support engineer
- Senior engineer: 8 years DevOps Engineering, Software Engineering, or System Admin
- Engineer: 5 years DevOps Engineering, Software Engineering, or System Admin
- Experience with scripting tool of choice to help automate re[production environments
- Ability to read complex code for troubleshooting and familiarity with Github
