A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Consulting with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem
- Identifying, investigating, and resolving users' problems with computer software and hardware
- Applying knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting issues using server system tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- 3+ years of experience in customer technical support with a passion for excellent customer experience
- Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical employees and customers
