Job Summary
A marketing and advertising agency specializing in enterprise-class software needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Talent Partner.
Must be able to:
- Provide a venue for employees to provide feedback and express concerns in order to help build an open communication environment
- Proactively work on retention plans with the business, meeting with Centrons as needed for stay interviews or to gauge engagement and create an action plan to retain
- Coach front line managers to enhance their leadership skills and proactively address employee morale and engagement
