Job Summary
A car dealership company is in need of a Remote Software Tech Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technical issues on the companies’ products
- Speak to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
- Provide timely and accurate customer feedback
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Prior experience in a Tech Support/QA role
- Proven SQL experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
