Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Software Technical Writer in Golden.
Must be able to:
- Document our streaming server software and related products and APIs
- Produce content for streaming professionals and platform developers
- Set up and use software to plan, write, and curate technical content
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years producing technical documentation for commercially released software products
- The ability to read and understand code, or better yet, experience writing code examples
- Familiarity with programming and scripting languages
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Working with content management systems and source-code repositories
- Familiarity with HTTP-based adaptive-bitrate streaming, CDN services, and OTT delivery
