An IT support company is filling a position for a Remote Software Technology Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Talking to suppliers, customers, etc. on the phone, chat, video, and email
- Building relationships for the long haul

Qualifications for this position include:

- 1-2 years of experience working in a professional environment and Customer Service experience
