A software technology company that specializes in cybersecurity has an open position for a Remote Software Technology Customer Support Training Service Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining knowledge of our training courses and certification offerings
  • Responding to customer, partner, and employee queries in a timely and accurate way, via email, chat and phone
  • Guiding users through our site and point to helpful resources

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Education, Technical Writing, Communications, English, Instructional Design or Instructional Technology or
  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field or
  • Relevant equivalent training or certification, industry or military experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills
  • Project and time management skills
