Job Summary
A software technology company that specializes in cybersecurity has an open position for a Remote Software Technology Customer Support Training Service Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining knowledge of our training courses and certification offerings
- Responding to customer, partner, and employee queries in a timely and accurate way, via email, chat and phone
- Guiding users through our site and point to helpful resources
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor in Education, Technical Writing, Communications, English, Instructional Design or Instructional Technology or
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field or
- Relevant equivalent training or certification, industry or military experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills
- Project and time management skills
