Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Software Test Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and executing well designed test plans
- Maintaining and updating existing tests
- Writing bug reports, escalating as necessary, for issues found during testing
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years experience in testing
- Experience replicating and troubleshooting technical issues in complex systems
- Experience developing and communicating test plans and test results
- Careful attention to software documentation and ability to translate feature specifications into test plans and test suites
- Ability to work rapidly and adapting to changing environments
- Ability to effectively and efficiently use tracking systems such as Zendesk, Asana, and Salesforce
