Job Summary
A risk management services company is in need of a Remote Software Testing Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning and testing new feature deployment in an Agile environment
- Scripting and automating QA for a subset of testable features per iteration
- Supporting and improving our team’s tools, methodologies and best practices
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of QA or software engineering with working knowledge of C#, Java, SQL, Linux Shell, and object-oriented programming techniques
- 2+ years in Java/EE in a production environment
- Working knowledge of REST
- Strong experience with industry-standard automation platforms and libraries
- Experience with defect tracking system
- Team player who inspires trust, contributes to team success and leads by example to go the extra mile
