Job Summary

A software technology company is seeking a Remote Software Testing Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and maintaining the test infrastructure with an eye towards efficiency, reliability and developer productivity
  • Collaborating with developers to design and implement testing strategies
  • Driving the quality agenda (develop test plans & test cases, write automated tests) for new features

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BS/BA, MS or PhD equivalent in Computer Science
  • Foundation in systems software, algorithms and data structures
  • Excellent Python implementation skills
  • Knowledge of UNIX/Linux or Windows environments and APIs
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, Network Programming and Operating Systems
