A software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Tier II Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Troubleshooting capabilities beyond the tier-1 employees
- Responding to incoming requests from clients addressing concerns or issues
- Overseeing API client issues

- 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Role
