Job Summary

A software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Tier II Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Troubleshooting capabilities beyond the tier-1 employees
  • Responding to incoming requests from clients addressing concerns or issues
  • Overseeing API client issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Role
  • Must be proactive in communicating with external and internal clients
  • Excellent writing skills, comfortable speaking in front of clients, easily approachable
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with various personality types
