A software-as-a-service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Workplace Transformation Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders and project teams to define tangible success criteria
• Managing multiple critical projects in alignment with larger business initiatives
• Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional project owners

Required Skills:

• 2+ years program/project management or consulting experience
• Track record of driving several large-scale, complex projects in fast paced environment
• Demonstrated success working with diverse, cross-functional teams and leaders
• Savvy communicator, excellent collaborator, and capable influencer
• Self-motivated, organized, dynamic individual with strong desire to learn, succeed, and grow
