Job Summary
A software as a service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote SoHo IT Account Executive Team Sales Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving business growth in relation to all verticals in the 0-9 Employee size
- Leading a sales team developing their skill sets and coaching them to beat forecast whilst growing their careers
- Collaborating across all our teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 2 years experience in in leading and coaching single contributors
- Proven track record of quota over-achievement
- Knowledge of CRM tools and subscription-based business sales models
- Ability to lead virtual teams and delegate responsibilities effectively
