A solar energy company has an open position for a Remote Solar Energy Associate Direct Marketing Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Making outbound calls to leads through CRM
• Utilizing the quality control script
• Meeting performance metrics defined by management

Required Skills:

• Ideally 2 years of call center experience
• Personable and professional phone conduct
• Must have and maintain high speed internet
• Computer is less then 5 years old
• Familiar using online software, email, Google docs and CRM systems
