A residential clean energy solutions provider is in need of a Remote Solar Energy Customer Service Representative in Las Vegas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling high amounts of incoming calls
- Identifying and evaluating customers' needs to deliver satisfaction
- Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with iOS and MacOS
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
