Job Summary

A solar energy company is filling a position for a Remote Solar Energy Services Call Center Agent in El Paso.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Maintain records of accounts, contacts, and orders
• Contact residential prospects by telephone to solicit sales and qualify leads
• Use a dialer to make up to 200 calls and 8 appointments per day

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in a call center setting a plus
• 2+ years of sales experience a plus
• Be proficient in helpdesk or call center CRM software (Salesforce).
