A rooftop solar provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Center Sales Agent in Oklahoma City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Contacting residential prospects by telephone to solicit sales and qualify leads
- Document conversations and follow up with leads in a CRM
- Utilize call flow scripts to engage, excite and educate homeowners
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proficiency in helpdesk or call center CRM software (salesforce)
- Able to solve problems using critical thinking and logic
- Resiliency to rejection and ability to overcome obstacles and objections with a smile
- High speed internet
- Quiet space to work and talk on the phone
