Job Summary
A financial institution is seeking a Remote Solar Lending Customer Support Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Producing clear and detailed product documentation for end users
- Producing accurate and thorough documentation for support staff
- Working closely with the product manager to define requirements and track progress
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years Help Desk/Customer Service experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience writing user-facing documentation
- Ability to produce clear and detailed product documentation for end users
- Ability to produce accurate and thorough documentation for support staff
- Ability to work closely with the product manager to define requirements and track progress
