Job Summary

A financial institution is seeking a Remote Solar Lending Customer Support Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Producing clear and detailed product documentation for end users
  • Producing accurate and thorough documentation for support staff
  • Working closely with the product manager to define requirements and track progress

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years Help Desk/Customer Service experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience writing user-facing documentation
  • Ability to produce clear and detailed product documentation for end users
  • Ability to produce accurate and thorough documentation for support staff
  • Ability to work closely with the product manager to define requirements and track progress
