A rooftop solar power provider in the Gulf Coast and Southeast regions is filling a position for a Remote Solar Power Call Center Agent in New Orleans.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Contact residential prospects by telephone to solicit sales, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations
• Use a dialer and established call flow scripts to make up to 200 calls and 8 appointments per day
• Keep call logs and detailed notes on call outcomes and qualified leads

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Must have a quiet space to work and talk on the phone while at home or in home office
• Must have high speed internet
• Proficiency in helpdesk or call center CRM software
• Excellent communication skills, with professional and personable attitude
