Job Summary
An energy company is in need of a Remote Solar Sales Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the staff to grow and accelerate a pipeline of clean projects
- Developing and maintaining relationships with dealership owners and their teams
- Maximizing dealer program effectiveness through meaningful metrics
Qualifications Include:
- Occasional travel required
- 5+ years experience in the residential solar industry and 3 in a management capacity
- 2 years of B2B sales and/or account management experience
- Solid and verifiable track record of overachievement
- Proven record of successfully growing sales
- Ability to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining existing relationships
