Job Summary

An energy company is in need of a Remote Solar Sales Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the staff to grow and accelerate a pipeline of clean projects
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with dealership owners and their teams
  • Maximizing dealer program effectiveness through meaningful metrics

Qualifications Include:

  • Occasional travel required
  • 5+ years experience in the residential solar industry and 3 in a management capacity
  • 2 years of B2B sales and/or account management experience
  • Solid and verifiable track record of overachievement
  • Proven record of successfully growing sales
  • Ability to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining existing relationships
