Core Responsibilities Include:

• Placing outbound phone calls to potential guests and owners, scheduling or confirming tours
• Consistently following the I-Serve standards at all times
• Following all company and department policies and procedures

Skills and Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to analyze personal performance targets and adjust as necessary
• Able to problem solve with decisiveness and urgency through completion
• Ability to pay attention to detail and accurately record/report data
• Ability to take personal responsibility, display initiative, and exercise good judgment
• Ability to work effectively, maintain composure, and make decisions in fast-paced environment
