Job Summary

A business processing outsourcing company has a current position open for a Remote Solution Analytics Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Participating in discovery sessions with clients to understand requirements, business challenges, and available sources
• Defining architecture requirements, data transfer process (SFTP) and initiate SFTP setup
• Mapping sources and data elements required to achieve business analysis for the client

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Approximately 25%
• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Must have experience in contact center data analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as, Qlik Sense, Tableau, PowerBI desired
• Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
• All other requirements necessary for this position
