Job Summary

A customer experience testing software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Solution Architect .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Demonstrating a high level of expertise and competency with our products
  • Developing trusted relationships with prospects and clients to design and architect effective and innovative solutions that are aligned with their challenges and needs
  • Providing consultancy and thought leadership to clients educating them on testing strategies, methodologies and best practices within the IVR and contact center domains

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Demonstrate a high level of expertise and competency with our products
  • BA/BS required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
