Remote Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the senior-level Remote Solutions Architect will define, plan, scope, and execute web design and development projects while providing technical consulting and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Educating prospects on eCommerce and CMS platform solutions and conducting needs analysis with prospective customers
• Providing pre-sales technical consulting and developing project scope details in collaboration with sales and project management teams
• Acting as a trusted advisor to communicate technical recommendations clearly and accurately to clients and partners

Required qualifications

• 4 to 5+ years of solutions engineering experience or a similar senior-level development role
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with eCommerce and CMS platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, and WordPress
• Proven ability to provide consultative presentations to C-level business executives
• Experience with solution architecture, project scoping, and technical documentation
