Remote Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support technical discovery and project scoping for web design and development projects, the full-time Remote Solutions Architect will collaborate with sales, project managers, and developers, providing consultative recommendations and pre-sales support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Educating prospects on eCommerce and CMS platform solutions and conducting needs analysis sessions
• Providing pre-sales technical consulting and documentation of project requirements for the sales team
• Acting as a trusted advisor and leading internal project planning to ensure client needs are met effectively

Required qualifications

• 4 to 5+ years of solutions engineering experience or a similar senior-level development role
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with eCommerce and CMS platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, and WordPress
• Ability to provide consultative presentations to C-level executives and engage in technical discussions
• Experience in solution architecture, project scoping, and product demonstrations
