Job Summary

A customer success company is in need of a Remote Solutions Architect.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as a technical consultant working closely with new and existing clients
  • Expanding the depth and breadth of company with your customers to ensure long-term success
  • Helping clients define and implement best practices around Customer Success solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel; up to 25%
  • Hands-on 2+ years of recent Professional Services/Enterprise Product Implementation or related experience
  • Ability to work and stay connected with various internal and external cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated project management, organizational, problem-solving, advisory, and technical skills
  • Ability to ensure scalability of solutions and reducing customer technical debt
  • Ability to drive Client Outcomes by monitoring product adoption, customer habits, and configuration iterations
