Job Summary
A computer software company has an open position for a Remote Solutions Consulting Enablement Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in the development of online, live and interactive on-demand training programs
- Developing highly effective sales-related training content that will drive a successful learning transfer
- Reducing ramp time (to revenue) through the execution of consulting sales enablement projects
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- 2 or more years experience working for a software company
- Confident facilitator with a proven track record of driving engagement of training participants
- Experience building effective on-boarding and sales training material
- Ability to influence others without formal authority
