Job Summary
A software communications company for healthcare and life science organizations is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Solutions Director in Cleveland.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Acting as a primary liaison with external stakeholders during the development lifecycle, from needs analysis to UAT and rollout
- Establishing, tracking and reporting on portal metrics to measure the success of each service offering and release
- Proactively identifying problems, risks, and program performance issues and recommend solutions
Qualifications Include:
- At least 3 years in the Pharma industry
- Balance daily support needs with long-term strategy and successfully combine vision and reality into effective plans
- Ability to create big-picture software solutions via Collaborative Suite
- Ability to understand current/changing business processes,participation in defining application and platform functionality
- Strong leader who can focus on the vision and strategies of the project while managing the tactical components of running day-day project work
- Working with our LATAM clients you must have at least a business level proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
