A retail technology company is in need of a Remote Solutions Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Participating in sales calls and meetings with both current and prospective clients
• Performing requirement-gathering and discovery
• Assisting with RFI/RFP inquiries and technical vendor assessments

Required Skills:

• 3 - 5 years of customer-facing experience in a technical Sales role
• Can-do attitude with a demonstrated ability to get things done under minimal supervision
• The ability, temperament, and willpower to educate non-technical users on technical concepts and systems
• Strong critical thinker and problem solver; quick-thinking with a storyteller's touch
