Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote Solutions Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing end-to-end implementation of company's technology into the mobile applications & tech stacks of large global enterprises
  • Leading sessions with engineering & product teams on technical capabilities & integration process
  • Interacting with customers over the phone and via email/slack

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a technical customer-facing role
  • iOS and/or Android programming experience
  • Problem-solving skills around technical, product, and business questions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & deliverables running in parallel timelines
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable technical experience
