Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Solutions Engineer Architect.

Must be able to:

  • Lead technical discovery and training/workshops
  • Lead software development sessions
  • Map company's products to customers' needs

Required Skills:

  • Record designing and implementing solutions for enterprise-level customers
  • Background in contact center and/or communications technology
  • Familiarity with communication tech stack - WebRTC, VoIP and PBX systems
  • Experience with frontend Javascript libraries, especially React & Redux
  • Technical skills and experience to become an expert on company's products
  • Ability to understand key customer requirements and articulate solutions
