A customer engagement software development company is in need of a Remote Solutions Engineering Director in Austin.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Partnering with executive leadership to ensure Tenfold is well positioned to meet and exceed targets
• Helping drive enablement for our internal teams, partners and customers on new products & solutions
• Developing and owning our approach to enabling a proof of concept motion

Qualifications Include:

• 8+ years experience and proven success as a Solutions Architect
• 4+ years of people management experience 4+ years technical experience in solution design or solution architecting
• Able to explain technical subjects to non-technical end user personnel in large enterprises
• Experience related to collaboration/workflow/project management
• Creative problem solver with a bias towards action
• Learning mindset with a hunger for personal and professional development
