Job Summary

A telecommunications company is in need of a Remote Solutions Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Hiring, leading, and retaining 5-7 exceptional Solutions Engineers
• Designing and managing operational policies and procedures
• Refining processes and rules of engagement

Required Skills:

• Experience successfully navigating, operating, and hiring in a hyper-growth environment
• Experience running full stack management: hiring, onboarding, training, career growth
• Experience leading and managing teams of 5-8 people
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role like solutions engineer
• Experience handling customer-driven escalations
• Experience managing a fully remote team
