An educational software developer has an open position for a Remote Solutions Engineering Operations Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring and supporting sandbox evaluation sites
- Responding to user questions related to first-use experiences
- Providing supplementary support for other operation team members
Qualifications for this position include:
- Attend conferences and support Solution Engineers on the road as required (travel <10%)
