Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be fluent in near - Native or Native Somali
- Must be of US Citizenship
- Must be fluent in near - Native or Native Arabic
- Must be fluent in near - Native or Native English and have strong ability in written English composition
- Must possess strong cultural knowledge of Somalia
