Job Summary
A global e-commerce company is in need of a Remote Sort Center Expansion and Launch Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Attend design review/visits for new equipment being introduced to the network
- Manage and monitor the EHS start-up plan
- Perform risk assessment on all equipment in the facilities shop
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willing to travel, up to 50%
- Bachelor's degree in safety, ergonomics, engineering or a related field required or in the process of being completed
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft office
- 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in safety and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, engineering/facilities or service operations
- Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment
- Experience managing and leading multiple direct reports and interacting with cross functional teams
