Job Summary

To support hiring initiatives across advanced technology sectors, the full-time Remote Sourcer will build and execute sourcing strategies, identify high-quality technical talent, and engage passive candidates through various outreach methods.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract technical talent for various advanced technology roles
• Collaborate with recruiters and client stakeholders to understand role requirements and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly
• Track sourcing activities and candidate engagement to meet recruiting metrics and enhance the candidate experience

Required qualifications

• Experience sourcing technical talent in Digital, Autonomy, Robotics, AI, or similar advanced technology fields
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office tools
• RPO experience is a plus
