A software company is seeking a Remote Sourcer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Using hiring metrics to develop and execute on new and more efficient sourcing solutions
- Helping recruiters review inbound resumes
- Managing candidate pipeline using our applicant tracking system Greenhouse and Gem
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to engage and activate passive candidates via internet sourcing techniques
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
