Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers/recruiters to understand hiring goals
• Source and evaluate a diverse and high-performing set of candidates for a variety of roles across marketing and creative
• Advocate for the candidate experience by setting expectations
