A real estate brokerage is filling a position for a Remote Sourcer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Sourcing passive candidates through various channels
- Maintaining and nurturing your pipeline of leads
- Engaging candidates in order to understand their motivators, purpose, and interests
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of relevant sourcing experience required
- Track record of building strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
- Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to help build our brand and get our name out into the talent market
- Successful track record of achieving targets
