Job Summary

A mental healthcare provider has an open position for a Remote Sourcing and Administration Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Opening and managing new roles in our ATS
  • Researching and recommending strategies to attract qualified candidates for all open positions
  • Serving as subject matter expert of the company ATS system

Qualifications Include:

  • Team retreats
  • 2+ years as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Specialist, Administrator, Sourcer, or similar role
  • Experience providing consultative guidance and recommendations to internal customers
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced, high volume, or complex environment
  • Solid computer skills, including experience with Google and MS Office Suite - specifically Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
