Job Summary

A human resources and financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Sourcing and Candidate Experience Strategist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing employment branding/marketing strategy solutions
• Maintaining external candidate platforms with updated branding
• Maintaining Careers Pages to include customized landing and language pages

Qualifications Include:

• 3 years business experience in designing strategic recruitment strategies across multiple verticals
• Proven experience with social media marketing campaigns and candidate engagement platforms
• A proven desire to leverage technology and embrace innovation and change
• Experience working in a role where multiple projects and competing demands are custom
• Strong project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience
