Job Summary

A global imaging solutions company is seeking a Remote Sourcing Corporate Counsel.

Must be able to:

• Provide best-in-class negotiation on contracts for goods and services and/or protection of confidential information
• Coordinate with finance, treasury, tax and other internal personnel to evaluate contractual terms
• Collaborate across global legal teams and cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient procurement processes

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) and a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) required
• Member of the bar of at least one (1) U.S. state or the District of Columbia is required
• Minimum of five years (5) years of post-J.D. professional work experience is required
• Minimum of (3) years’ experience in an international contracts / business law environment
• Experience negotiating complex software as a service
