Job Summary
A venture fund and private equity firm is filling a position for a Remote Sourcing Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building and leading a virtual sourcing team
- Improving the processes and systems
- Overseeing the resume review and Jr. Sourcer functions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to represent Company in the community and on panels or conferences
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years professional work experience with at least 4 in a global role
- Experience in balancing priorities with tight timelines
- Track record of building and coaching high performing passive sourcing teams
