Job Summary
A technology solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Sourcing Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Screening applicants for availability, interest level, relocation needs, etc
- Generating interest through Direct Sourcing via telephone and/or email
- Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting resources
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Attend and organize both internal and external recruiting events
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- At least 2 years of physician or healthcare sourcing/recruiting experience
- Ability to demonstrate experience with various sourcing tools and technologies
- 2 years of experience meeting or exceeding defined metrics
