Job Summary

A sales and marketing services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sourcing Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Call hotel partners to establish a working relationship
  • Interpret room block inventory that hotel contact sends weekly
  • Prepare hotel pick-up templates

Required Skills:

  • College degree preferred or equal experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (Intermediate to Advanced) and Outlook
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Proven track record of successful project / planning experience
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining client and supplier relationships
  • Ability to analyze and manipulate data and create custom reports
